A student is someone who is formally engaged in learning, especially on enrolled in an educational institution. This class represents information about a Person actively playing the Role of a Student, but is not intended to be used to determine one's cumulative or highest level of educational achievement. While one could theoretically arrive at these data by examining a longitudinal collection of every instance of Person's scholastic activity, we do not require nor anticipate that such information be available. The primary use case for this Student and associated School information is to support Immunization tracking of school-age children, but it is also used for financial purposes, including adults who are in school rather than employed. If the Student is attending a higher-learning institution (i.e., college, post-graduate), the grade property is not used.
