This class represents information about the association between an Individual Provider and Organizational entities. For example, a large Organization may be further divided into regions. This class can be used to indicate that Dr. Smith is in the Rocky Mountain region. [Note that the regions will be defined using the RelatedOrganization class, such that the “main” organization would be one Organization record, and each region would have another Organization record, and the RelatedOrganization class would be used to indicate that the main organization is made up of the various regions].
